What to consider when choosing coffee?
  • How to choose a coffee variety?
When getting to know our beans and the world of specialty coffee in general, we recommend starting with the basic Culture line, as well as the Passion line. Coffee from these categories is easy to enjoy, with a straightforward and accessible taste.

If you’re a true coffee enthusiast or want to try something new, feel free to explore the Impression and Boutique lots.

Pay attention to the flavor descriptions of the lots. And if you need help choosing, just write to us, and we’ll be happy to assist

  • How to choose the roast level?
We offer coffee in medium and light roast levels.

Choose a medium roast for espresso if you’re brewing coffee with an espresso machine.
For all other brewing methods, a light roast is the perfect choice, as it is slightly lighter.
  • Should you grind the coffee or not?
The best option is to grind the coffee just before brewing. This way, the coffee will be as flavorful and aromatic as possible, and it will also stay fresh for longer.

If grinding is not an option for you, we can grind the coffee for you free of charge upon request. Simply select the desired grind size when adding the product to your cart.

You will soon be able to purchase a manual coffee grinder in our store, under the Accessories section.
  • How is the best way to store coffee?
It’s important to make sure the beans are not exposed to temperature fluctuations or high humidity. Choose a dry, dark place for storage, such as a kitchen cabinet.

The best way to store coffee is in our branded packaging, which features a zip-lock and a special degassing valve. This ensures it is airtight and prevents air from entering. This way, the beans will retain their flavor and aroma for a longer period.
