Our team has been in the specialty coffee industry for over 7 years: brewing, roasting, selecting coffee at farms, conducting experiments, participating in coffee championships, attending international coffee exhibitions, selling coffee, and, of course, always loving coffee

Kirill Ionov – Founder and Head Roaster
Certified Q Grader, Q Processing Professional, coffee roaster with over 7 years of experience, and participant in Russian National Coffee Roasting and Brewers Championships.
Kirill selects coffee lots, oversees the production process, and develops coffee roasting profiles.

Nikita Shcherbakov – Roaster and Coffee Enthusiast
Head Barista and Bar Manager with over 9 years of experience in specialty coffee.
Nikita is responsible for managing production and roasting delicious coffee.

Anastasiia Kravchenko – Brand Manager
With 10 years of experience in the industry as a barista and bar manager,
Anastasia takes part in cuppings and is responsible for all the beautiful visuals you see on our website and social media.
