is an independent specialty coffee roastery based in Montenegro.
Founded by coffee professionals with more than seven years of industry experience, IONOFF was built around a simple idea: exceptional coffee should be available locally, freshly roasted, and without compromise.
From sourcing green coffee and developing roast profiles to quality control and brewing, we are involved in every step of the process. Our background includes roasting, barista training, coffee competitions, international exhibitions, and years of hands-on experience across the specialty coffee industry.
We carefully select every lot and roast in small batches to highlight its unique character. Whether it’s a classic espresso profile or an experimental micro lot, our goal remains the same: clarity, balance, and an outstanding cup.
